Identity Crisis: Spanish Verbs as Nouns

The Department of World Languages will present a research colloquium by Dr. Jeff Renaud, assistant professor of Spanish, "Identity Crisis: Spanish Verbs as Nouns."

Dr. Renaud specializes in Spanish phonology, the linguistics concerned with the organization of sounds in languages.

Men's golf: Fall Shootout

Center for Creativity CATalyst Lab opening

Memorial for Dr. Dorothy Parkander

uedbetÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Chaplain Richard Priggie will lead a memorial service for Dr. Dorothy Parkander.

Dr. Parkander, a 50-year member of the uedbetÌåÓý¹ÙÍø faculty, died Oct. 8 at the age of 93.

Kali Yuga Improvisation Ensemble

Dr. Randall Hall and uedbetÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's Kali Yuga improvisation ensemble will explore the acoustic possibilities of the Figge Art Museum while considering the artistic influences of the French Modern era that have helped shape the music today. 

Alumni honored for achievements, service

The uedbetÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Alumni Association recognized the achievements, contributions and service of four alumni and one college group at Homecoming Oct. 6.

Coming Out open mic night

Coming out is one of the most courageous acts any LGBTQ+ person makes. On this year's National Coming Out Day, uedbetÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's Gay Straight Alliance would like to create a venue where everyone's voice can be heard. GSA invites all students of all sexual orientations to their open mic night.
