Many\nwomen¡¯s fiction depicts the conditions that refugee women face¡ªjailed\, redirected\, and encampment.\nThese women move in boats\, jails\, makeshift tents\, hostels\, in other people¡¯s kitchens\, and yet\, their\nfootsteps in these spaces are always temporary. Sharon Bala\, Belatu Uche Okorie\, and Dina Nayeri\ndepict these spaces and show how the women resist such spaces.
