It debuted on Broadway in 2000.\n\nThe Penguin Project of the Quad Cities\, uedbet体育官网's chapter of the national organization\, gives children with special needs a chance to develop creative skills in the theatre arts. Shows will be presented at uedbet体育官网 uedbet体育官网’s Brunner Theatre Feb. 22-24 and March 1-3. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m.\, and Sunday matinees are at 1:30 p.m.\n
