The reception begins at 4:30\, speakers at 5\, and art giveaway at 7 p.m.\n\nOn Jan. 22\, 1973\, the court ruled 7¨C2 that a right to privacy under the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment extended to a woman's decision to have an abortion.\n
