Congratulations to the following students, who received recognition for their work in the 2022-2023 academic year from off-campus organizations.

 The uedbet体育官网 Oratorio Society, uedbet体育官网 Choir, uedbet体育官网 Choral Artists and uedbet体育官网 Symphony Orchestra are joining together to perform Maurice Duruflé’s “Requiem, Op. 9” and other choral works by French, English and Brazilian composers. 
 

2023 Vázquez-Valarezo Poetry Award winners announced

Carly Davis's poem "Seattle Song" won the 24th annual Vázquez-Valarezo Poetry Award at uedbet体育官网.

The Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) program has announced the winners of the 2023 Audre Lorde Prize and department awards.

Performances will be directed by Dr. Patrick McNally, assistant professor of music and director of opera.

A group of 11 uedbet体育官网 uedbet体育官网 juniors were selected to take part in the paid, full-time, 10-week experience at the Texas Medical Center in Houston this summer.
