Updated Paid Time Off (PTO) policy

We¡¯re pleased to announce an important update to uedbetÌåÓý¹ÙÍø¡¯s Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, effective this fiscal year (beginning July 1, 2025).

This policy update reflects our commitment to better support you ¡ª with more flexibility, consistency, and clarity in how time away from work is earned and used. It¡¯s the result of careful planning and your thoughtful feedback.

Hybrid work, summer hours and dress code updates

Updates include implementation of a hybrid work arrangement program for administration and staff, an updated condensed summer hours policy, and an updated dress code program supporting a more relaxed "Dress for Your Day" approach.
