Darrin Good is latest alumnus to become a college president

Dr. Darrin Good, a 1987 uedbet体育官网 graduate, is the latest. He will become president of Nebraska Wesleyan University later this year.
He was a member of the biology faculty until being named, in 2012, an associate dean at Gustavus Adolphus uedbet体育官网 in Minnesota.
During his time at uedbet体育官网, Dr. Good assumed administrative leadership roles in service learning, summer programs and the Nicaragua service learning program. He also chaired the Division of Natural Sciences and was admissions coordinator for biology and pre-health professions.
After Gustavus, Dr. Good served as vice president of academic affairs and dean at Whittier uedbet体育官网 in California. He will begin his work at Nebraska Wesleyan on July 1, becoming the 15th uedbet体育官网 graduate to serve as a college president.
