"Taken at this Musée d'Orsay, this photo captures an old train station-converted museum. The sculptures at the bottom are illuminated through the glass panels at the top, highlighting the wealth and diversity of creations from the past. Furthermore, the architecture highlights the hope to connect our past and present. Once a train station, Gare d'Orsay built a bridge for newcomers to travel through. Once the use became obsolete, the building sat empty for years. I see this building as an inspiration, that we can find use in once-useless things, and that we can show off creations for generations to learn from."

In the foreground, vibrant greenery and florals can be seen surrounding the bay of the lake, on the lake itself, many boat docks can be seen in the water, glistening from the hot sun, and In the background, a view of some of the homes and businesses built surrounding Lake Atitlan; which seem small in comparison to the large mountain and volcanoes towering behind them."

Lagos, Portugal
Seville, Spain with SSA
"This photo was taken in Lagos, Portugal at Ponta da Piedade. I was fortunate to experience these breathtaking cliffs and coves during sunset. At this moment, the sun and ocean worked in tandum to produce the wildest blues and greens that I have ever witnessed in nature. The golden rocks and pearly ocean foam added further beauty to the scene. This area of Lagos, has many footpaths and overlooks to view the mysterious coves below. During my visit, I was able to navigate the natural stone arches and explore some of the tranquil beaches that meet the waves of the Atlantic."
